SideAction Sports Picks: simulated sports prediction gameplay

SideAction Sports Picks presents sportsbook-style concepts as game mechanics. Players make sports picks, choose virtual wager amounts, combine picks into virtual parlays, and see simulated odds, potential returns, and bankroll changes.

All of this activity is simulated.

• There are no deposits, withdrawals, or real-money wagers.
• Virtual bankroll balances have no cash value.
• Virtual currency cannot be purchased, transferred, redeemed, or cashed out.
• Gameplay does not award cash, merchandise, or other redeemable prizes.

SideAction Pulse: personalized sports media

Pulse is a personalized sports media experience built around teams, rivals, news, moments, scores, storylines, and commentary. Sports coverage can include injuries, competition, strong opinions, rivalry humor, and other material common to sports media. Pulse does not offer real-money wagering.

Parents and guardians should consider the maturity of the individual fan, the sports and topics followed, and the age rating shown on the relevant product page.

Contests and competition

Players participate in solo, public, and private leagues and may compete in recurring sports challenges. Performance affects virtual-bankroll standings, leaderboard rank, points, levels, trophies, streaks, and other cosmetic achievements. These competitions are for entertainment, status, and bragging rights only; no material prize is awarded for winning.

Social and interactive features

Depending on the league and feature being used:

• a player's public handle, league participation, rankings, picks, virtual results, and achievements may be visible to other players;
• players can create or join leagues with user-chosen league names;
• league activity may appear in a shared activity feed, and players may use a limited set of preset reactions; and
• players can share a generated image of eligible game activity outside the app.

Email addresses, verification codes, and authentication credentials are not shown to other players. SideAction Sports Picks does not currently provide free-form public posts or direct player-to-player messaging.

Content and account safeguards

• New Picks players must acknowledge that Picks uses virtual currency with no cash value before completing account setup.
• The Services prohibit real-money gambling, harassment, impersonation, unlawful activity, competition manipulation, and attempts to bypass security controls.
• SideAction may restrict or remove accounts or content to address misuse, protect players, or maintain competition integrity.
• The current Picks app does not contain advertising or in-app purchases.
• Players can permanently delete their account from the app.

Parent and guardian guidance

Parents and guardians should consider whether Picks' simulated prediction mechanics, virtual-dollar displays, competitive leaderboards, sports results, social visibility, and Pulse's personalized sports media content are appropriate for the individual. Device-level parental controls and App Store purchase or download restrictions may provide additional oversight.

If sports-related or simulated wagering activity is causing distress, players should step away from the app and seek support from someone they trust or an appropriate professional resource.
