Email contact@sideaction.app with the product name, a short description of what happened, and the email address associated with your account when relevant. Include your app version, device, what you expected, and what happened instead. Never include verification codes, access tokens, or other account secrets.
Email-code sign-in
- Confirm that the email address is spelled correctly.
- Check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders.
- Wait briefly before requesting another code.
- Use only the newest code; codes expire and can be used only once.
SideAction does not use account passwords. We will never ask you to send a verification code to support.
Picks gameplay and scoring help
Sports data can be corrected or delayed. If a pick, parlay, virtual bankroll, leaderboard, or trophy appears wrong, send the league or competition name, sport, game, and approximate time of the issue. Do not send session credentials.
SideAction Sports Picks is free-to-play. Virtual balances have no cash value, and there are no deposits, withdrawals, real-money wagers, payouts, or redeemable prizes.
Pulse content and personalization help
If a team, rival, score, story, or feed item appears incorrect or irrelevant, tell us what you saw, when you saw it, and which preferences were selected. Sports data and news can be corrected or delayed, and personalized or AI-assisted output may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate.
Account deletion and privacy requests
To permanently delete your account in SideAction Sports Picks, open Profile, select Delete account under Account Controls, review the information-removal warning, and complete both confirmations. Deletion cannot be undone, and the account cannot be recovered.
If you cannot access your account, email contact@sideaction.app for assistance and use the subject “Delete My SideAction Account.”
The in-app flow removes the account, email, gameplay records, memberships, rankings, progression, reactions, and active sessions. Shared leagues with other active members transfer to a remaining member; solo and empty leagues are removed. Limited information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or a legal obligation.
For access, correction, or other privacy questions, use the subject “SideAction Privacy Request.” Additional information is available in our Privacy Policy.
Safety and responsible use
SideAction Sports Picks is an entertainment service based on simulated sports picks. It is not a sportsbook and does not offer real-money gambling. If sports-related activity is causing distress, step away from the app and seek support from someone you trust or an appropriate professional resource.
